What is the principle behind the Fucoidan?
What is Fucoidan?

A water soluble dietary fiber, a polysaccharide.
Basically, it is the sliminess contained in certain types of seaweed such as: mozuku & wakame mekabu.
The richest source is Okinawa’s mozuku, which yields 1g by kg.

What presentation does it come in?

In a pill, the recommendation is to take 2 pills a day, or the equivalent to 1.8 g a day.
